How we handle client and candidate information, including recorded interviews and consent.
Who we are

What we collect from clients
Name, work email, company, role and what you tell us about the position you are hiring for. If you submit a shortlist or a referral, we store that selection. We do not collect payment details through this website.
What we collect from candidates
Your CV, the recorded video interview, your verified English level, work history and the availability you tell us. This is collected when you apply and it is yours.
Candidate consent, in plain terms
Your full name, CV and video interview are never shown to a client without your written consent. In the public marketplace we display only a first name, a role, a code, your experience and your English level. Consent is per client, it is revocable at any time, and withdrawing it removes you from the marketplace within two business days.
Recorded interviews
Interview recordings are hosted with our interview provider and are shared with a client only after that client signs a non-disclosure agreement and after you have consented. They are never published on a public page.
How we use the information
To match roles with people, to coordinate interviews, to run the engagement once someone is deployed, and to answer the enquiries you send us. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Retention
Client enquiries: three years from the last contact. Candidate files: two years from your last activity, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to silvia@kurios.city and we respond within ten business days.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and advertising pixels only when a campaign is running. Your shortlist is stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we update the date below and, where the change affects consent, we ask for it again.
